Position Overview:

This person will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Operations Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing all logistics related to our clients' corporate travel, ensuring every itinerary complies with each company’s travel policy. This role is critical in delivering efficient, customized, and high-quality service.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other travel services.

Manage changes, cancellations, and modifications according to each client’s travel policy.

Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve issues.

Negotiate and maintain relationships with travel service providers (airlines, hotels, transportation companies).

Ensure compliance with internal and client policies across all operational processes.

Monitor and report travel expenses, ensuring they remain within the approved budget.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide efficient post-sale support.

Implement improvements to operational processes to optimize time and resources.
Requirements:

Previous experience in travel agency operations or corporate travel logistics.
